Discount codes, referrals, and ambassadors

Discount codes

You can enter a campaign code when you sign up or when you subscribe to a plan, right at checkout. Codes available on your account show up on the Credits screen.

Invite a colleague

On the Invite screen, you'll find your personal link to share. When someone signs up through it, the reward is credited to your account.

Ambassador program

If you work with translator communities, you can apply to become an ambassador from that same screen. Once approved, you get your own dashboard to track your results.

Good to know

• A code can carry a discount, bonus credits, or both, depending on the campaign.
• Every code has an expiration date; if it's expired, the screen tells you right away instead of failing at checkout.

FAQ

Can I stack two codes? No — it's one campaign code per account.

My code isn't being accepted. Check its expiration date — the screen will tell you if it's expired or already used on this account.

When does a referral reward show up? As soon as the person you invited completes their sign-up.
