Three ways to deliver your document
Not every job calls for the same thing. That's why, in the Review step, you choose how you want the output:
- A delivery built for comfortable further editing.
- A delivery that preserves the original layout, page by page.
- A third option that combines both, keeping the document's images.

How it works
When you reach Review, you'll see the options available for that document. You can switch between them without losing anything you've already corrected, and download whichever you prefer.
Good to know
- All three are also available in layout mode, not just when translating.
- Your choice is saved with the order — if you resume it, it picks up right where you left off.
- When the source document doesn't support one of the formats, that option simply doesn't show up.
Which one to choose
- If the client is going to keep working on the text, go with the editable delivery.
- If the document is being submitted to an agency and appearance matters most, go with the one true to the original layout.
- If the original has stamps, seals, or photos that need to be visible, go with the one that keeps the images.
FAQ
Can I deliver two formats to the same client? Yes — download one, switch the option, and download the other.
Does switching options erase my corrections? No. The corrected text is the same across all three.
