Updates
Platform Updates
Here's where we log what's new in EZDocuAI: new features and improvements to the documents you deliver. The most recent updates appear first, and each update has its own page with the details and how to use it.
Everything on this list is already available in your account — no action needed on your part.
Missing something? Reach out through the support button — a good chunk of what's listed here started as a translator's request.
October 2026
We'll warn you if the image is too small
If a photo or scan is too small to read its figures well, you'll see it when you upload it, and anything doubtful is asked about instead of guessed.
Checkboxes and hand-marked options now carry over to Word
✓ marks and circled options are no longer lost when you download a form in Word.
More accurate transcription, twice as fast
Each page is read in about 16 seconds instead of about 50, with far fewer errors in names, figures and dates.
Traducción pública argentina, the way the CTPCBA requires it
The Argentine template comes out with the opening, the dashes, the page numbering and the closing formula of a real traducción pública.
Auto-recharge, with the price up front
Before you turn it on, you see how much each credit and each recharge costs, at the same price per credit as your plan.
My Terms learns from your translations and your corrections
Your example pairs teach it sentences and style, and what you correct when you finish an order is put to use in the next ones.
Formats: your translation in the form each agency requires
Templates with the paper, letterhead, page numbering and closing formula each professional association or court requires, as Option 4.
The EZDocu API: connect your own system
Create orders, track their status and download the results from your CRM or your website, with keys you manage in Settings.
Download the Word file of an order you delivered as a PDF
A button on the order gives you the Word file with the translation, without redoing anything.
Margins, ruler and pagination in the editor, just like in Word
Adjust the margins with one click or with the ruler, in cm or inches, and decide what happens to the pages when the translation comes out shorter.
Choose what the file you deliver is called
“translated”, the language code, its name or your own pattern: the file is named the way your clients expect.
Chinese, Japanese and Korean: font size and line spacing adapt on their own
The translation adjusts the font size and the space between lines when the script changes, without running off the page.
Documents in several languages: you decide what gets translated
If the document mixes languages or repeats information, you choose before translating what gets translated, what stays as it is and whether to add a note.
Dispute credits right from the order
Describe what went wrong and attach screenshots: a ticket opens with the order's details so support can review it.
September 2026
Attach the original document to your delivery
Include the original inside the file you deliver, at the beginning or the end — no more merging files by hand.
Numbers and dates formatted for the destination country
Figures, amounts, and dates now adapt automatically to the conventions of the language you're translating into.
Your glossaries now apply without limits
Before, only a handful of terms applied per document; now every term that actually appears gets applied.
Sign in with Google or LinkedIn
Create your account and sign in without having to remember yet another password.
August 2026
Automatic headers and footers
The original's letterhead and footer are detected and repeated on every page — just double-click to edit them.
Three ways to deliver your document
Choose the output each client needs right from Review: editable, true to the original layout, or both.
Delivered PDFs now have real text
The PDF is no longer just an image of the document — its text can be copied, searched, and selected.
Discount codes, referrals, and ambassadors
Invite colleagues, apply as an ambassador, and redeem campaign codes when you sign up or subscribe.
Your credits, with dates and sources
Your history now shows where each batch of credits came from and how long it's valid.
Choose how stamps and signatures are flagged
Brackets [Signature] or braces {Signature} — you decide the notation, and the translation respects it.
Upload your glossary from Excel
Load your glossary straight from a spreadsheet — no need to convert it first.
July 2026
Editable download for manuscripts and scans
A file with editable text layered over the original image, so you can fine-tune it without starting over.
June 2026
Build your glossary from your past translations
Upload an original and its reviewed translation, and the platform suggests a glossary with the matching terms.
Email verification at sign-up
A six-digit code when you create your account, to protect access and catch email typos.
May 2026
A much sharper preview
The image you review is now shown at triple the resolution for manuscripts and lossless for scans.
